What will be deleted
- Your S-Witch Smart Control user account details.
- Personal profile information associated with the account.
- App data associated with your account, such as access assignments and saved preferences.
Data that may be retained
Improdwise may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup recovery. Backup copies are removed during normal backup rotation.
Processing time
We will review and process deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying account ownership. We may contact you if additional verification is required.
